1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajilive ("bajilive", "we", "us", "the Platform"), operated under international gaming regulations. By accessing bajilive at bajilive.vin, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of bajilive. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments published in accordance with Section 12.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to bajilive is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register maintained by bajilive or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

bajilive reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, at first withdrawal, or in response to account activity that triggers compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and source of funds may also be requested.

3. Account Registration

To use bajilive's gaming services, you are required to register a player account. The following rules govern account registration:

1. One Account Rule: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one bajilive account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using a different device, email address, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. bajilive is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete registration details provided by you.
3. Account Ownership: Your bajilive account is personal to you. It is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4. Account Verification: bajilive operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) framework consistent with international gaming industry standards. You agree to complete KYC verification as and when requested, and acknowledge that failure to complete verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bajilive account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your bajilive account and must not reuse credentials from other online services.
• You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify bajilive immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised. Contact us at the email address listed in Section 15.
• bajilive will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other means to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from bajilive that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• All activity conducted under your account credentials — including bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is presumed to have been conducted by you and is your sole responsibility, unless you have reported a compromise in accordance with this Section.

bajilive employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and automated fraud detection systems. However, no security system is entirely impenetrable, and bajilive cannot guarantee absolute security of your account against all threats.

5. Deposits & Payments

bajilive processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and payment transactions on the platform:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: bajilive currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit card. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Minimum Deposit: A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed on the deposit page within your account. bajilive reserves the right to revise minimum deposit amounts at any time.
3. Deposit Confirmation: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your bajilive balance upon successful payment confirmation from the respective payment provider. bajilive is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4. Own Funds Only: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into bajilive are from a legitimate source and belong solely to you. Deposits made using payment methods registered in a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
5. No Credit Facility: bajilive does not extend credit, loans, or any form of financial facility to players. You may only wager funds that have been successfully deposited into your account balance.
6. Currency: bajilive operates exclusively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in PKR via supported payment methods.

6. Withdrawals

The following conditions govern withdrawal requests from your bajilive account:

1. KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. bajilive will not process withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
2. Withdrawal to Verified Payment Method: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. bajilive does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
3. Minimum Withdrawal Amount: A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed within your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
4. Processing Time: bajilive aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours following approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be extended during compliance reviews.
5. Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-related funds can be processed. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless they were matched by a bonus under an offer that specifies otherwise.
6. Right to Review: bajilive reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. bajilive will notify the relevant player of any such delay.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bajilive offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse.
• bajilive reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have defined expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry.
• bajilive reserves the right to reverse bonus credits and void associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy aimed at circumventing bonus terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player is considered "new" at the point of first deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for welcome bonus treatment.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajilive. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money laundering — using bajilive to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. bajilive complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, matched betting designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus funds, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over bajilive.
• Use of automated systems — including bots, macros, scripting tools, or any other software that automates betting, game-play decisions, or account activity.
• Exploiting system errors — knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions. bajilive reserves the right to void bets and winnings arising from such errors.
• Hacking and interference — any attempt to access, disrupt, or manipulate bajilive's systems, servers, or game outcomes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on bajilive — including but not limited to the bajilive brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajilive or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bajilive solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bajilive content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bajilive software or game code.
• Use bajilive's brand assets, trademarks, or trade dress for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on bajilive content.

Any unauthorised use of bajilive intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and will result in immediate termination of your account access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajilive's liability to you is limited as follows:

• bajilive does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
• bajilive is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that results in the incorrect crediting of winnings or the void of a bet, bajilive reserves the right to correct the error and reverse any incorrectly credited amounts. bajilive will notify the affected player of any such correction.
• bajilive's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.

• Cooling-off periods — take a short break from gaming without permanently closing your account.

12. Amendments to Terms

bajilive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bajilive will provide notice via one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the bajilive website upon login, an email sent to your registered email address, or an in-platform notification.

Amended Terms take effect from the date published on the bajilive website. Your continued use of bajilive following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using bajilive and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

bajilive recommends that you periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

13. Termination

Either you or bajilive may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting bajilive support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure, net of any pending bonus wagering obligations, will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• bajilive-initiated closure: bajilive may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we determine that your account poses a regulatory, compliance, or fraud risk, or if continued operation of your account is inconsistent with our responsible gaming obligations.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. bajilive may apply a monthly dormancy fee to such accounts, up to the remaining balance. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), bajilive reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the international gaming regulations under which bajilive is operated. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of bajilive, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bajilive support at the email address in Section 15. bajilive will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 working days.
2. Formal Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution channels available under bajilive's operating licence.
3. No Class Action: You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against bajilive.

Nothing in this Section limits bajilive's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in relation to a breach or threatened breach of these Terms by you.
